When customers choose models, they can always hear the staff of ShineEast say that the air booster pump needs 2-8Bar of pure air as the drive. Why is this? This is about the sensitivity of the reversing valve and the mutual friction of the sealing rings.
- Why 2Bar pressure off the assembly line?
There is friction between the sealing rings, and the reversing valve can only be pushed to work when the air pressure reaches 1.5Bar-2Bar. Therefore, generally speaking, Suncent’s staff will set the initial pneumatic driving pressure of 2Bar. - Why is 8Bar pressure on the line?
This involves the material of the reversing valve. At present, the reversing valve shell on the market is mainly made of aluminum alloy. Due to the high heat dissipation performance of aluminum alloy, it is beneficial to the high temperature caused by the frequent friction of the valve core and valve cover Warm diffusion. At the same time, it is also because the aluminum alloy is relatively not resistant to impact, the higher the air pressure, the faster the valve core runs, the greater the impact force, so it is better to set the pressure of 8Bar on the upper line. - Why do we need clean compressed air?
Because the reversing valve must be sealed to the environment, and the sealing of the reversing valve is carried out by the sealing ring. If the sealing ring sucks unclean compressed air for a long time, impurities will inevitably accumulate in the day and night, causing the sealing ring to be damaged. Increased wear affects the service life of the booster pump.
